Marking, Travel, and Digital Deja Vu
Just wrapped up the first block of student marking - always a highlight of my semester. Seeing students showcase their audio plugin work brings such great energy! Big congrats to everyone who passed!
This week has been a bit of a whirlwind. Managed to sneak away for some travel time in northeast England, catching up with family and friends. The amount of coffee consumed was… well, let’s just say local baristas probably know me well!
In hosting the GOI bible studies online this there was a real 2020 flashback! Had this hilarious moment where we ended up with two separate online meetings happening simultaneously between two computers sitting right next to each other. The joys of modern technology, right? Turns out getting everyone properly connected across different Discord servers is still as challenging as ever.
