So the summer holidays are a distant but happy memory and once again I return back to teaching. For another year I am at Leeds College of Music but this year I am teaching digital instrument design and interactivity which for those me know well are some of my main interests.

I took the opportunity to rebuild my presentation website and of course this site has had a refresh as well.

I have continued to take photos as well which has been most ejoyable though I confess that I may spend a little to long think about gear I might buy. G.A.S. (Gear Acquisition Syndrome) strikes again!

I have decided to once again commit to the Wednesday bible study and we are currently looking at the book of Hebrews. Highights so far have been,

He reflects the brightness of God’s glory and is the exact likeness of God’s own being, sustaining the universe with his powerful word. After achieving forgiveness for human sins, he sat down in heaven at the right-hand side of God, the Supreme Power. Hebrews 1:3

Instead, as it is said somewhere in the Scriptures: “What are human beings, O God, that you should think of them; mere human beings, that you should care for them? Hebrews 2:6

and

This is what the scripture says: “If you hear God’s voice today, do not be stubborn, as your ancestors were when they rebelled against God.” Hebrews 3:15

I was also introduced to the game Dominion which I found very enjoyable.

I also had my first ever visit to the Lit and Phil in Newcastle and greatly enjoyed looking through the musical scores they have.
